Independently drive and take responsibility for production approval processes and quality assurance in the production flow. Handle complaint cases and systematically drive problem-solving using the 8D method. Your Responsibilities In the role of property maintenance technician, you will have a broad and varied day-to-day experience working with both preventive maintenance and emergency measures in our properties. HR Boat Seeks Boat Builders
HR Boat Sweden is growing and needs your help. We have a 50-year history of producing really good recreational boats. After a couple of turbulent years following the fire in 2024, we have now moved into a brand new factory. In connection with this, we have developed 6 completely new boat models that have taken the market by storm. This means we need to recruit more great boat builders who fit into our team here in Laxå. We currently have about 20 boat builders. In addition to skilled, curious boat builders, we hire people with the right values and a cheerful attitude. Our values are our guiding principles. We are looking for a group of happy boat builders for our two departments: the plastics department and assembly. For the plastics department, we are looking for a laminator who will join a team that develops plastic products that are then assembled into boats. The plastic products are made from fiberglass and polyester. If you have worked with similar materials, that is very valuable. With increased production, we are also looking for three assemblers. Experience with similar work tasks is required. A skilled and clever craftsperson is a good description of our assemblers. Each assembler is responsible for their own boat and puts their stamp on the work, which boosts professional pride and quality. One of these assemblers will be responsible for CNC milling; experience with CNC milling is very valuable.
