Your mission
You lead and develop our customer support function – a central part of making our aftermarket flows work effectively and with quality.
Your team does not work directly with customers – but is crucial for everything behind the scenes to work.
You will, among other things:
Ensure efficient flows for quotes, orders and deliveries
Take responsibility for spare parts management, planning and preparation
Build structure in processes, approval flows and working methods
Develop the customer support function towards a future "service desk"
Support project managers in deliveries and aftermarket projects
Recruit, lead and develop your team

Have worked in operations with complex flows (e.g. logistics, production or aftermarket)

Have academic education or equivalent experience we deem equivalent
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

The position involves work that may be covered by defense secrecy, which is why we require security vetting approved by the authorities according to Chapter 1, Section 3 of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
