About the Operations The IT Operations' mission is to deliver high-quality and secure IT services to the region's operations. Deliveries take place through projects, management and support to a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a client organization since the region's IT operations are handled by an external provider. We are now looking for an object specialist who wants to take an active role in developing our new ESM platform (Enterprise Service Management). This is not a traditional management role - it is a role for someone who wants to understand the organization's needs and translate them into functioning, smart solutions. We are now recruiting two complementary roles - an object specialist and an IT specialist - who will work closely together. You will have the opportunity to step in at an early stage, together with a colleague in a similar situation, where you will jointly build up working methods, structure and development around our new platform. As an object specialist, you become the link between the organization and technology. You work closely with users, capture needs, design workflows and ensure that the platform actually creates value in daily operations. You will work in close collaboration with an IT specialist where you together will be responsible for developing and managing the platform - from organizational needs to technical solution. The roles are designed to complement each other and give you the opportunity to shape working methods, structure and priorities from the start with your colleague. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. Location: Sundsvall, Härnösand, Sollefteå or Örnsköldsvik.
