About the Business
Regionhälsan is the occupational health service of Region Västernorrland and Sundsvall Municipality, with a mandate to provide expert support in systematic workplace health and safety work, work-related rehabilitation, and to describe the connection between work environment, organization, productivity, and health. The business consists of just under 30 employees with offices in Sundsvall, Sollefteå, and Örnsköldsvik. We are now recruiting an occupational physician to join us.
As a physician within Regionhälsan, you will have a varied role. The work is carried out both independently and in multidisciplinary teams with the aim of supporting managers and employees in systematic workplace health and safety work and work-related rehabilitation. You will also share responsibility for developing the business's methods and service offerings. With us, you will be part of a professional group with experienced colleagues. The tasks often occur in short intensive periods primarily at the individual level and also occur at group and organizational levels where training may be included. We meet our clients both in person and digitally, which primarily takes place at the consultant's location. Travel between the business's offices occasionally occurs. Regionhälsan offers, if needed, skills development regarding relevant training, for example to achieve the additional specialty in occupational medicine. Working hours are office hours with flexibility.
This is a permanent position with start date October 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Hold a specialist physician qualification in a patient-facing clinical specialty
Hold a Category B driver's license
Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
