Härnösand Girls and Women's Crisis Line is seeking an Operations Manager at 50% About Härnösand Girls and Women's Crisis Line Härnösand Girls and Women's Crisis Line is a non-profit organization working to support women who have been or are being subjected to men's violence. Currently, the crisis line has 1 full-time employee and 14 volunteer crisis counselors. The employer for staff is the crisis line's non-profit board, which is also responsible for and decides on the organization's direction and content. Härnösand Girls and Women's Crisis Line is part of ROKS, the National Organization for Girls and Women's Crisis Lines in Sweden, which is a women-separatist organization. This means that only women are employed and work as volunteers at the crisis line. The crisis line's current activities include: Support via chat, phone and individual conversations for women and girls with experience of violence, as well as practical support and assistance in contact with social services, police and other authorities.
