Operations Chief

Department of Internal Medicine, Länssjukhuset Ryhov We are looking for someone who wants to lead and develop operations at an internal medicine clinic with high ambitions to create care of the highest quality at every patient encounter. The Role of Operations Chief As an operations chief, you create the conditions for managers and staff to provide good and safe care and achieve established goals. You ensure that the clinic maintains high quality care, has good accessibility, and promotes cost-effectiveness. Your Future Workplace Forensic psychiatry consists of two inpatient wards in security class 3, with a combined 24 beds; this position is for one of these wards. The unit employs registered nurses, treatment assistants, care assistants, occupational therapist, social worker, psychologist, and physician. We work in teams for patients who have been admitted to forensic psychiatric care. The forensic psychiatry unit also includes an outpatient clinic. The Psychiatric Clinic in Jönköping is one of the region's largest clinics, providing both outpatient and inpatient specialist psychiatric care. The clinic offers psychiatric specialist care for residents over 18 years of age. Parts of the clinic also serve as a regional resource responsible for psychiatric intensive care, addiction care, forensic psychiatry, and emergency services, where we handle acute cases within both adult psychiatric and child and adolescent psychiatric clinics. Experience in psychiatric care, preferably in involuntary care or criminal care, is considered a merit.
