Your Expertise We are looking for both those who have a teaching degree and those without a teaching degree but with previous experience working in preschools, schools, or after-school care. Those with other relevant leadership experience with children and young people are also welcome to apply. Please note that recruitment for preschool is currently not taking place due to reduced demand. You have good pedagogical skills and a positive attitude toward children and students. You have a flexible approach to working hours as the work may involve being booked at a school with short notice. High adaptability and responsiveness are essential for quickly familiarizing yourself with new environments and thus being able to contribute to a functioning operation. Furthermore, it is important that you are responsible, take initiative, have good collaboration skills, and can set boundaries when needed. To communicate with students, you need to master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written. What Being a Temporary Staff Member Means usually working on short assignments of 1-14 working days per job working with children/students at several different workplaces replacing regular staff during absences your working hours are by agreement based on operational needs and your preferences you have access to a mobile phone and/or computer to actively manage your schedule in our staffing system.
