The Role of Registered Nurse
As a registered nurse on the Care and Support Coordination Team, you will work with coordinated interventions based on the Care and Support Coordination (VOS) work model. The individuals we meet often have complex needs, and it is crucial to be able to see and meet each person according to their circumstances.
You work independently as a contact person in close collaboration with housing support and are part of an interdisciplinary team that includes a nurse, care coordinator, psychologist, occupational therapist, social worker, and physician.
This is a temporary position for 10 months starting from the employment date. There may be a possibility for extension. Start date as soon as possible or by mutual agreement. Work Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

The Psychiatric Clinic in Jönköping is one of the region's largest clinics, offering both open and inpatient care within specialist psychiatry. The operation has seven open care clinics and six inpatient wards, as well as a psychiatric emergency clinic that offers urgent assessments 24/7.
The clinic provides psychiatric specialist care for residents over 18 years old. Parts of the clinic also serve as a regional resource responsible for psychiatric intensive care, addiction care, forensic psychiatry, and emergency services where we handle urgent cases within both adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry clinics.
In open care, we work with specialist services in neuropsychiatry, addiction care, psychosis care, general psychiatry, and psychiatric rehabilitation. We work in teams providing assessments, investigations, treatment, and rehabilitation interventions.

The Care and Support Coordination Team (VOSS) is a team that, based on the political goal of Equal Care, serves the most severely ill patients within open psychiatric care at Ryhov. Patients are received from the General Psychiatry Clinic and the Neuropsychiatry Clinic (NPT). The aim is to help patients maintain contact with care and support systems, reduce the number and length of hospital stays over time, and increase patients' social functioning and quality of life.
Your Profile
We are seeking a licensed registered nurse with preferably further education in psychiatry and experience in psychiatric care. The position requires a Class B driver's license as travel is part of the job.

You need to be flexible and able to plan your own interventions. You are driven and willing to think innovatively, and you are persistent. You work according to a psychopedagogical approach, are confident in yourself, and are positive about learning new treatment methods. You are dedicated to your patients and their loved ones.
