Qualifications Medical care administrator training, medical secretary training, or medical secretarial training is required. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, be service-oriented, flexible, independent, and thorough, as well as have strong collaboration skills. You find it easy to create good interactions with both patients and colleagues and enjoy working in a team. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system is considered an advantage. You are open to development and enjoy working toward continuous improvements in the organization and developing in your professional role. About the Organization The Psychiatry Division conducts acute and planned activities within outpatient and inpatient care. We have administration at Örebro University Hospital, Karlskoga, Hallsberg, and Lindesberg. Care administration is a central function in our operations that ensures administrative processes run smoothly.
