We are now looking for energetic and organized colleagues, primarily full-time, who are experts in sales, customer support, and have high technical competence. You should have at least 2 years of documented experience in sales and some form of technical support and expertise. We see you as a truly technical-minded sales representative and team leader with a strong interest in the latest technology and the sales process that leads to our goals. You will, when needed, visit customers on-site, but also work at Multitech handling visiting customers. You should be excellent at handling both technical support questions and sales, as well as following up on already delivered equipment. You will also be able to help in our service center and can, when needed, perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of hardware and software both at our location and on-site at customer locations.
You will essentially become one of our sharpest team members. This job philosophy will give you a highly varied and pleasant daily routine.

Since the position includes written customer contacts and quote handling via email and telephone, it is important that you have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
We consider it highly valuable if you have knowledge of:
- Configuring and setting up Office 365 for business customers (including domains, domain transfers, setting up Exchange email, and other Office suite programs)
- Knowledge of pulling and configuring networks at customer sites
- Solid sales and support experience
- Good knowledge and interest in the latest technology/hardware and how computers work
- Experience with social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram
- Knowledge of Adobe software such as Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Windows Server, etc.
