We are seeking a committed design engineer whose primary focus will be on hydraulic engineering such as hydroelectric power plants and dams with new construction, refurbishment, and environmental adaptations. You will have the opportunity to develop our work within 3D CAD and BIM while receiving support from one of Sweden's strongest hydroelectric teams in technical expertise and hydraulic engineering. We primarily work in Revit but also use other CAD programs.
Over many years, we have experienced steady growth with many interesting projects and now need to expand with someone interested in designing and engineering dams and hydroelectric power plants. The position is based in Örebro, but we have projects in both the local area and throughout the country. In Örebro and at our sister office in Ludvika, some of Sweden's strongest hydroelectric design engineers are based, which gives you an opportunity for mentorship and development that is hard to match.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you need:
technical education in energy/hydraulic engineering/civil engineering
a degree at least at university level
completed courses in design/engineering
1-5 years of professional experience in the field
to be a responsible and creative person with good collaboration skills
valid driver's license (category B)
We consider it advantageous if you have worked for several years with concrete structures.
