We are now seeking a nurse for the Psychosis Care Outpatient Clinic, Karlahuset, Örebro. We are looking for a substitute nurse for our outpatient clinic. Duties The tasks within Psychosis Care Outpatient services are varied and based on the patient's needs. You are responsible for standard nursing duties in psychiatric outpatient care and participate in assessing patients' needs for psychiatric care, treatment, and rehabilitation. The work includes nursing care and patient work, medication administration, and work at our medication clinic where patients come to receive their medication and injections. You also provide telephone advice to patients and healthcare contacts, conduct home visits, and maintain contact with relatives. An important part of the assignment is collaboration with Örebro Municipality's social psychiatry and LSS services, as well as close cooperation with the Psychosis Care inpatient ward, located in the same building. As a nurse, you work in a multidisciplinary team together with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and social workers. The team works based on each patient's individual needs and the different competencies of the professions, with joint planning for care and treatment. Qualifications Licensed nurse or specialist nurse with a focus on psychiatry. Experience in psychiatric care is meriting, but we also welcome those with a strong interest in psychiatric care. You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team, are organized, and express yourself well in speech and writing. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. About the Operations Specialist psychiatric services are located together in Örebro. There are services with focuses such as psychosis care, trauma care, dialectical behavior therapy, psychiatric rehabilitation, physiotherapy, addiction care, internet treatment, and an eating disorder clinic. We provide treatment both individually and in groups as well as both planned and acute visits and telephone advice. Rehabilitation is integrated as part of our work as well as mobile services and patient and family education. Together, we are around 250 employees working with common processes and goals. We work in multidisciplinary teams from a holistic perspective on people and adapt care interventions to the patient's needs and circumstances. We work to promote the involvement of relatives in care.
