About Us
Telia Field Operations is Telia's own contractor operation, and our primary task is to ensure that Telia's national security customers are always operational and can expand, even in crisis and emergency times. We work with fiber construction, switchovers, network security work, method development, network investigations, migration work, and more. Our mission also includes service, delivery, and troubleshooting of the fixed network.
With us, you become part of a national team with our skilled employees. We are located in Örebro, Trollhättan, Göteborg, Sundsvall, Stockholm, Kalmar, Gotland, Luleå, and Skåne. We currently have approximately 55 employees, of which 4 are designers.
Description
As a documentation specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that all technical and administrative documentation related to field work, network construction, and project implementation is correct, complete, and reflects actual field results. You will also handle delivery capability inquiries from delivery coordinators, sales representatives, fiber planners, and other network planners and production planners in other departments within Telia.

As a person, you are service-oriented and humble with great commitment and a desire to develop. You are comfortable working independently and take great responsibility for ensuring your work is well-executed with good quality and on schedule. You possess strong collaboration skills as the position involves contact and cooperation with designers, technicians, contractors, and colleagues. The work will involve security-sensitive information, so it is required that you can handle work under strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
Must have worked with NIS within Telecom for at least 2 years
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of the Office package
Employment with us involves placement in a security clearance that requires Swedish citizenship. Security vetting with background check will be conducted before employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
Merits
Experience with Telia systems (SPAN/SPIV, IGS/ARP, Nice/Iview, etc.)
Experience with AutoCad, Microstation, DPcom, or Trimble NIS
Experience with security protection requirements
Experience with field work in telecom or similar
