Section Chief, Operations Common

About the position As Section Chief for Operations Common, you are responsible for leading and developing an operation with significant importance for the operation of Sweden's electricity system. You lead a section with approximately 60 employees distributed across five units, where each unit is led by a unit manager who reports to you. Operations Common is part of the Operations Department and is responsible for developing operations-related OT systems and operative IT work in close collaboration with the IT Division. The section is also responsible for the operations project management function, which drives both operations-related projects and other business development assignments, as well as the operations training function, a strategically important function to ensure future competence and capability. With the energy transition and technical development, issues related to IT, system harmonization, continuity and preparedness are becoming increasingly important for safe and efficient operations. The section therefore has a central role in developing robust and well-functioning solutions that contribute to a stable operations environment. You report to the Operations Manager and are part of the Operations management group. Your responsibilities: Take responsibility for personnel, budget and work environment, and lead, develop and follow up on the section's operations. Ensure effective working methods, clear priorities and deliveries through continuous improvement work and clear requirement setting toward other parts of the organization. Actively participate in the Operations management group and contribute to both operational and strategic decisions to ensure the operation's collective delivery, coordination and quality. Build and develop collaborations with internal and external stakeholders and represent the section in relevant forums, steering groups and industry contexts. Contribute to robust and secure operations by participating in the operation's crisis management organization and ensuring a well-functioning preparedness and continuity capability. Senior Control System Engineer

Handläggare till Enheten för utländska direktinvesteringar

Arbetsbeskrivning Som handläggare på enheten för utländska direktinvesteringar (UDI) prövar du inkommande anmälningar om utländska direktinvesteringar i Sverige och utreder om de behöver granskas för att skydda Sveriges säkerhet. Du är en viktig del i det operativa arbetet och ansvarar för att kontrollera mängdärenden för att fånga upp eventuella behov av ytterligare granskning. Det innebär både rutinmässiga kontroller och mer ingående utredning i vissa ärenden, samt risk- och sårbarhetsanalyser. Du lägger även fram förslag till beslut, vilket ställer krav på noggrannhet och effektivitet. Rollen innebär samverkan med andra funktioner inom ISP och i vissa fall andra myndigheter och internationella samarbetspartners. En del av arbetet rör informationsutbytet mellan EU:s medlemsstater och EU-kommissionen rörande utländska direktinvesteringar inom skyddsvärda områden. Du förväntas även delta i utveckling av arbetssätt och metoder inom enheten. Kvalifikationer Akademisk examen inom samhälls- eller statsvetenskap/ företagsekonomi eller annat relevant område, alternativt arbetslivserfarenhet som kan bedömas som likvärdig  Erfarenhet av självständigt handläggnings- och utredningsarbete  Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska Meriterande Erfarenhet av myndighetsutövning som handläggare vid statlig myndighet Vana att framställa skriftliga beslutsunderlag samt muntligt föredra dessa Arbetslivserfarenhet inom säkerhetspolitik, internationella relationer, ekonomisk säkerhet, samhällsviktig verksamhet, framväxande teknologier, krigsmateriel eller produkter med dubbla användningsområden Erfarenhet av arbete i ärendehanteringssystem  Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som självständigt kan planera och prioritera bland parallella uppgifter och slutföra inom givna tidsramar. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med andra för att nå gemensamma mål.       Arbetsgruppen Som handläggare inom UDI ingår du i en arbetsgrupp med andra handläggare. Tillsammans med övriga grupper är vi många olika kompetenser som samarbetar tätt och där det gemensamma lärandet är centralt. Vi delar prestigelöst med oss av kunskap och stöttar varandra i att ständigt förbättra vår verksamhet.
