We're now looking for a Delivery and Development Lead, a key role to strengthen our capabilities in digital development. This role has been created to strengthen collaboration between product management, development, and operations, as well as give the organization better conditions for high delivery capability and long-term quality. You'll have the opportunity to help shape both the role, the development model, and our future way of working. What you will do/be responsible for As Delivery and Development Lead, you're responsible for ensuring that digital development is coordinated, efficient, and follows common working methods. You create the conditions for prioritized initiatives to be translated into feasible development by strengthening collaboration between product management, development teams, and the operations organization. You have a central role in creating structure, transparency, and progress in development work and contribute to enabling the agency to deliver value in a predictable and sustainable way. In the role, you're also responsible for UHR's development model and ensure that working methods, processes, and forums create coordination, efficiency, and high delivery capability. Examples of work tasks Lead planning, coordination, and follow-up of development deliveries based on sprint and interval planning. Serve as the hub between the product and development organization and create conditions for an efficient and well-functioning delivery flow. Responsible for further developing the agency's agile development model, processes, and working methods. Lead joint planning sessions, synchronizations, and operational forums to manage dependencies, create alignment, and ensure progress in development deliveries. Identify, highlight, and coordinate management of risks, obstacles, dependencies, and deviations that affect delivery capability. Drive continuous improvements that strengthen delivery capability, collaboration, and development processes. About you We're looking for someone who combines a structured approach with a strong drive to develop both deliveries and working methods. You're experienced in creating alignment between different stakeholders and have the ability to work both strategically and operationally. You're solution-oriented, communicative, and confident in navigating complex environments where different roles, needs, and perspectives need to collaborate to achieve results. Requirements – mandatory Academic degree in a relevant field, such as IT, systems science, engineering, or business, or equivalent experience. At least five years of experience leading, driving, and following up development work in cross-functional and complex environments with many stakeholders, in a role such as Release Train Engineer (RTE), Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, development leader, agile coach, or similar. At least five years of experience developing, implementing, and following up common working methods, processes, and methodologies in agile product development. At least five years of experience leading agile planning and collaboration forums between multiple teams and stakeholder groups. Very strong ability for collaboration, holistic perspective, proactivity, and flexibility. Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have Experience working in the public sector or other regulated operations. Experience in change management and business development. Experience collaborating with external suppliers and partners. Experience in continuous improvement work for both products and working methods. Experience working within SAFe. Familiarity working in Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Department of Digitalization and Service Development The Department of Digitalization and Service Development is responsible for driving and creating conditions for efficient IT development and utilization of digitalization opportunities from a holistic perspective of the agency. The department works with the entire chain, from national collaboration, strategic work, needs identification to implementation of service and product development, infrastructure, and user support. Unit for Product Development and Delivery The Unit for Product Development and Delivery is part of the Department of Digitalization and Service Development with lifecycle responsibility for the agency's digital products, with the aim of providing greater benefit to citizens and society.
