Work Responsibilities Each regional college has a process leader with the task of leading, developing, and coordinating the regional work, as well as being the link between the national, regional, and local levels. The process leader also maintains contact with other regional colleges. The assignment is broad and can vary in intensity throughout the year, depending on which issues are current. The assignment includes: Together with the regional steering group and the local Healthcare and Care Colleges, lead, coordinate, and develop the Healthcare and Care College in Fyrbodal. Promote well-functioning collaboration between educational providers, employers, and other collaboration partners. Take responsibility for contact with the Healthcare and Care College at the national level and contribute to the exchange of experiences between national, regional, and local levels. Drive and support the implementation of national initiatives, methods, and guidelines in Fyrbodal's Healthcare and Care College. Support local Healthcare and Care Colleges and affiliated actors in their work with recertification and continued development. Take responsibility for administration of the regional steering group and support the work of local college steering groups. Monitor the external environment and disseminate relevant information. Take initiative in networks and/or working groups. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Experience in process or project management, preferably in collaboration with various different actors and organizations. Experience working with competency supply, education, or development issues within the healthcare and care sector. Knowledge of governance, leadership, and decision-making processes in public operations.
