Qualifications We are seeking someone who is trained as a social worker, or who holds another university-level degree that we consider equivalent. Previous experience working as a school counselor or within a school social team is an asset, as is other work within schools. Training in conversation techniques and experience meeting with groups and individuals on difficult questions and topics is also an asset. You also have a strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and good knowledge of IT systems. Furthermore, you need to have good knowledge of the school's governing documents. A driver's license for passenger cars (Category B) is a requirement.
