The position is located in Gällivare. Operations in Gällivare are conducted both within the Aitik area, where we have our own work supervisor on-site, and from our depot outside the mining area. The role as work supervisor concerns operations outside Aitik and involves responsibility for daily operations, planning, and coordinating work from the depot in Gällivare. In your role, you will lead a team of 10-12 skilled employees and report to a Regional Manager. Work hours are scheduled daytime, Monday to Friday. We also welcome applicants who reside in other parts of Norrbotten or Västerbotten, as the employer can offer accommodation. At the same time, we emphasize that the role demands high standards for present and available leadership. Most of the work time will be spent in and around Gällivare, though travel occurs, primarily within Norrbotten. Tasks and Responsibilities: · Supervise daily operations and optimize resource allocation in the best possible way · Personnel responsibility · Local work environment responsibility · Customer contact · Planning · Invoicing · Receive job orders · Ensure good economics in assignments and calculate new assignments · Work closely with other supervisors in the region · Build and develop stable operations at our depot in Gällivare Requirements: · Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility · Good knowledge of Swedish and English · Good general computer skills · Good digital system skills · Driving license category B Meritorious: · All types of relevant industry experience · Training in safe lifting · Driving license category C or CE · YKB To succeed in this role, we see that you are a flexible and driven person who thrives in an operation where conditions can change from day to day.
