As a refrigeration technician, you work with some of society's most critical functions. You help businesses and operations maintain the right temperature in everything from buildings and industrial environments to shops and facilities.
About the Training
The training is conducted in collaboration with our group company Satellite Group, which is responsible for the training program. Over 12 intensive weeks, theory is combined with practical elements to give you the right foundation to succeed as a refrigeration technician. You will gain knowledge in, among other things:
Electrical knowledge
Blueprint reading
Control and regulation systems
Refrigeration process structure and components
Installation, service, and troubleshooting
The training concludes with Refrigeration Certificate Category 1, which is an important and highly sought-after certification in the industry.

Pre-studies: September 21 – October 16, 2026
Intensive training: October 19, 2026 – January 22, 2027
(Christmas break weeks 52–53)
Training location: Linköping and online
Accommodation is available if needed.
First day of work: January 25, 2027
Work location after training: Gällivare

You don't need to have worked as a refrigeration technician before. However, we believe that you:

If you have experience from, for example, industry, production, vehicles, construction, electrical work, or other technical professions, that is a merit but not a requirement.
