JOB DUTIES As a firefighter on call, your duties include being on standby, responding to emergency calls and participating in exercises to become proficient in tasks related to our most common types of emergencies. Training and exercise time is approximately 60 hours/year. After one year in the position, you must complete the MSB's Basic Training for Rescue Personnel on Call (GRIB). General Medicine Specialist - Health Centers in Transition, Vadstena Marieberg

The operations currently have approximately 16,000 registered patients together and a workforce of approximately 65 employees. Job Content We are looking for someone interested in working with us to drive and develop the health center's activities, use new digital technology, and involve patients based on a person-centered approach. This is a shared position where you, together with district doctors and doctors at different stages of their training in both Marieberg and Vadstena, will help create the new joint organization. We want to work with close-to-home care, drive collaborations with other actors to create good patient-centered care, and this position is directed toward elderly care clinics and residential care facilities to start up a joint elderly care clinic. There is a medical director employed who, together with the doctor team, works to create a good work environment, from both group and individual perspectives, find new ways to create good patient safety and teamwork with all professional categories. Currently on site are 6.5 permanent district doctors at the two health centers, and together we have 5 specialist training doctors, plus a licensed doctor/trainee specialist. We offer a good work climate with professional colleagues working in well-functioning teams. We believe you will appreciate being able to switch between the advantages of the small health center with short decision-making paths and close collaboration with all employees, to the slightly larger Health Center in Motala, with a training clinic under its roof. The health center's doctors also participate in primary and on-call assignments for the western county region during on-call hours. Education and Experience The requirement for the position is that you are a specialist in general medicine or another specialist in a related specialty such as geriatrics or internal medicine, with an interest in general medicine, which the employer considers equivalent. You have Swedish medical licensing (enclosed with application) and Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish C1 level. You have good communication skills with patients, colleagues, and other organizations. Experience in primary care is an asset.
