Executor of LSS and social psychiatry services with just over 350 permanent employees is a service provider organization directed toward children, youth, and adults. We are governed by LSS, SoL, and HSL and have implementation responsibility for interventions regulated by these laws. The operation is characterized by placing the individual at the center and collaborating to meet the individual's needs. The operation has strong customer focus, good service spirit, and provides conditions for boundary-crossing work that is both inspiring and competence-developing.
Group Residence Kristberg 305 is located in a beautiful natural environment, out in the countryside, a short distance outside Motala.
Here we work with low-stimulus environments, continuity, and clear structures for our residents and staff. The residence consists of 6 apartments in good condition. A common area for social interaction, as well as a staff room.

JOB DUTIES
As a support assistant, you work to provide support and assistance to service users with varying needs due to their functional disabilities. You work to meet the user's needs based on the approved intervention and implementation plan. The work is based on LSS values, which means that the individual's needs, participation, and self-determination are highly valued. As a support assistant, you perform tasks such as care and nursing so that users can manage their daily life and have their needs met. This is done by working with socially health-promoting activities such as helping with daily chores. This can mean that you are available as verbal support and guide users in their daily life while practically assisting them by, for example, shopping, making lists, structuring the day, cleaning, cooking, or managing personal hygiene.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: You have secondary education from the healthcare and nursing program or the children and leisure program with a focus on pedagogical and social work, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
Swedish speech and writing: You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
Class B driver's license
Experience of similar work is meritorious
You are confident in yourself, stand up for your opinions, and have the courage to speak up when needed. You have the ability to distinguish between facts and people and can feel secure even in uncertain situations.
You find it easy to put yourself in others' situations. You listen, understand, and show consideration. You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your manner.
You find it easy to adapt, develop, and learn new things according to changed requirements, conditions, or circumstances. You see possibilities in changes and can also change your perspective and approach.
