Most of the 90 percent is scheduled, while a smaller part is flexible and is used to cover absences due to illness and leave.

Job Description
At GAVA we work in interprofessional teams and as a nurse you are central to the elderly patient's care. You have a significant role as you work with a holistic view of the patient's needs, from the medical to the social and existential. As a nurse at GAVA you are responsible for care, medication administration, and medical-technical equipment. The work also involves contact with family members, home care services, and other professions needed to provide safe care and a secure return home.
