Staffing Manager at First Personalpartner in Skövde

About the Position Would you like to work closely with customers, consultants, and the business in a role where you take responsibility all the way through? We are looking for a Staffing Manager for our office in Skövde. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy creating contact with companies, building relationships over time, and driving processes forward with both structure and care. You need to be comfortable in customer conversations and have the courage to make the first contact, schedule meetings, and follow up on opportunities. At the same time, it's equally important that you are present in the delivery and want to understand the people behind each assignment. As a Staffing Manager with us, you need to have a clear business drive, but you must never lose sight of the human element in the process. You should be able to understand the customer's needs and identify what competencies are required, but also recognize that people are more than their experience on paper. A good staffing solution should work in everyday life for both the customer and the consultant, even after the assignment has started. This is a role for someone who wants to grow together with a local team and help develop First Personalpartner's presence in Skövde and the surrounding region. You'll have significant responsibility, but you won't be alone. We're looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and business-driven in a way that builds trust rather than dominates the room. Job Responsibilities As a Staffing Manager, you work with both customer development and ongoing consultant responsibility. You create new customer relationships, develop existing partnerships, and manage the staffing process from initial need through follow-up at the workplace. Your responsibilities include: • Contacting new customers and scheduling meetings • Conducting customer visits and understanding customer needs • Developing job specifications together with the customer • Managing selection, interviews, and candidate presentations • Matching candidates to assignments where they have the right conditions to succeed • Taking responsibility for consultants on assignment • Following up on satisfaction, attendance, and working environment • Handling issues that arise during ongoing assignments • Working toward targets and contributing to office development Your daily work requires you to switch between customer contact, recruitment, and follow-up without losing quality. Some days are more sales-focused. Other days involve solving practical issues, supporting a consultant, or ensuring a process moves forward. It's a role with lots of contact and significant responsibility, but also with clear opportunity to make an impact. Qualifications and Personal Attributes We're looking for someone with experience in sales, customer contact, or work where relationships have been an important part of the role. To thrive with us, you need to be humble, confident, and action-oriented. You find it easy to meet different types of people and understand that trust is built through presence, clarity, and accountability. You enjoy creating results, but you also know that delivery quality determines whether the partnership lasts over time. Requirements for the position: • Excellent Swedish in speech and writing • Category B driver's license We would also like to see that you have: • Experience in sales, customer contact, or customer responsibility • Experience taking own initiatives and following up on conversations • Ability to manage and drive processes • Experience working in digital systems Experience from staffing, recruitment, industrial work, or other personnel-related activities is a plus. As a person, you are relationship-driven and unpretentious. You have a natural interest in people and are also curious about the business behind each need. You need to be able to listen, ask good questions, and dare to be clear when the situation demands it. This role suits you if you want to take responsibility, develop, and help ensure that both customers and consultants feel well cared for. What We Offer At First Personalpartner, you get a role where you can develop in sales, recruitment, and consultant responsibility. You become part of a company with extensive experience in industrial staffing and a local approach where relationships play a major role. You'll receive support from colleagues who know the industry and are happy to share their experience. At the same time, you'll have room to take your own initiatives, build customer relationships, and help influence our continued development in Skövde. About the Company Application Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. We will place great emphasis on finding the right person for the role, both in terms of the position itself and our way of working at First Personalpartner. If you have questions about the position, feel free to contact Martina Hallin at [email protected]. We look forward to your application! About Us FIRST Personalpartner is an authorized staffing company with a focus on industry. Since our start in 2009, we have built long-term relationships with both customers and consultants, always with people at the center. We have offices in Borås, Skövde, Varberg, and Halmstad and always work locally with the ambition to match the right expertise as close to the customer company as possible.
