Personal Assistant for 19-Year-Old Girl in Danderyd
Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance and was founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. We work based on clear and stated values, and our primary drive is to create the best conditions for individually tailored personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and employees are spread across Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 19-year-old girl who lives in Djursholm, Danderyd. The family describes: Are you an engaged, thoughtful, and loving person who is passionate about making life better for others? Then you are warmly welcome to our wonderful team of assistants around our happy girl. We offer work with great opportunities for development, an educational and fun job, and besides, you make a positive difference in another person's life every day and get a lot of joy in return! As an assistant to our 18-year-old daughter, who has extensive multiple disabilities and significant care needs, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge and experience in care, training and physiotherapy, communication, assistive devices, and more. But above all, you will get to feel her joy and affection and gain a best friend by making her life so much more fun and better. Despite facing such difficult circumstances, she is usually content and happy with what she has. Your duties will include helping our daughter with everything in her daily life. For example, feeding, hygiene, training and physiotherapy, transfers using lifts and a wheelchair, as well as doing playful and fun activities together. To make your commute sustainable, it would be an advantage if you live in Danderyd or in nearby municipalities and/or have a driver's license and access to a car. It is desirable that you see this job as long-term, since you and our daughter need time together to get to know each other and build trust, which is a prerequisite for successful assistance. Of course, you will receive a safe and good introduction at home in Danderyd.
