Project Administrator with Own Project Responsibility

As a project administrator with us, you'll be part of our Project Team where you're responsible for managing your own standard projects from order to invoicing. The role involves daily contact with our customers, sales representatives, and service technicians via phone, web, and email. Your assignment is to manage assigned standard projects (which refers to product delivery including installation) in accordance with our project process. This process includes everything from purchasing, delivery planning, coordination with service technicians, to invoicing and financial follow-up. The ambition with each project is customer satisfaction and achieving set goals through efficient planning and monitoring. To complement our team, we need someone with previous experience in project administration and who is comfortable managing own standard projects. You work independently, are a skilled administrator, and have a strong service mindset and customer focus. Since the role has an extensive contact network, it's important that you're a good communicator. Your Assignment - Manage and drive assigned projects - Coordination and problem-solving with sales, technical, and service organizations - Handle purchasing and delivery follow-ups - Manage supplier and freight invoices - Manage forecast follow-up - Handle customer invoicing Formal Requirements - Relevant education - Documented experience in project administration - Good experience working with qualified administrative systems - Strong knowledge of the Office package and CRM systems - You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written - Experience with Salesforce and Jeeves is a merit - Experience from the industrial sector is a merit In this role, accuracy and self-drive are important qualities. As a person, you have high social competence and an easy time building relationships. You have a good ability to independently plan, structure, and efficiently drive multiple projects simultaneously.
