Documentation Manager/Data Coordinator, BIM Specialist, and GIS Specialist

We are seeking Documentation Managers/Data Coordinators, BIM Specialists, and GIS Specialists for an upcoming infrastructure assignment. We are now looking for several experienced consultants for an upcoming long-term team assignment within digital information management and infrastructure. The assignment includes information management and administration related to roads, tracks, and railways and will be carried out in a major client organization. For the team, we are seeking: 4 Documentation Managers/Data Coordinators 1 BIM Specialist 1 GIS Specialist Planned assignment start is September 2026 and the assignment is expected to run for approximately two years, with the possibility of extension. Documentation Manager/Data Coordinator – 4 Consultants As a Documentation Manager/Data Coordinator, you will work with information and documentation management within major infrastructure projects and administration environments. The role includes ensuring structure, quality, and accessibility in technical documentation and facility information, as well as collaborating with project organization, technical specialists, and other relevant functions. We are looking for someone who has Experience as a documentation manager, data coordinator, or in a similar role. Experience with document and information management within larger projects or administration organizations. Good understanding of structured management of technical documentation and facility information. Experience from a public client organization is meritorious. Ability to work in a structured and independent manner and to collaborate with multiple technical areas and stakeholders. Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Particularly Meritorious Experience from road, railway, or track projects. Experience working in the operations phase. Experience with relevant document and administration systems such as CHAOS, GUS/Maximo, or BaTMan. Experience from larger public infrastructure organizations. BIM Specialist – 1 Consultant As a BIM Specialist, you will work with model-based information management within major infrastructure projects and administration environments. The role includes coordinating and ensuring quality of digital models and associated information, as well as contributing to the creation of efficient working methods for BIM and digital information management throughout the project and administration process. You will collaborate with project management, technical specialists, data coordinators, GIS specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that models and information meet the organization's requirements. We are looking for someone who has Several years of relevant experience working with BIM in infrastructure. Experience with BIM coordination and model-based information management. Experience from road, railway, or track projects. Good understanding of information structures, model requirements, and quality assurance of digital models. Experience working with relevant BIM and coordination tools. Knowledge of information exchange and open formats, such as IFC. Ability to coordinate information between multiple technical areas and project stakeholders. Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Meritorious Experience from a public client organization. Experience with BIM work in the operations phase. Experience from larger and complex infrastructure projects. Experience in developing, implementing, or following BIM and information requirements. Experience with tools for model review, coordination, and quality assurance. Understanding of the connection between BIM, GIS, and facility information. GIS Specialist – 1 Consultant As a GIS Specialist, you will work with geographic information and geodata related to the management and development of infrastructure. The role includes work with geographic data, maps, databases, as well as processing and quality assurance of geodata. We are looking for someone who has At least five years of relevant experience in GIS. Experience within road, railway, or rail-bound infrastructure. Documented experience with FME. Good experience working with maps and geodata. Experience with geodatabases and structured management of geographic information. Ability to analyze, structure, and ensure quality of large amounts of geographic information. Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Meritorious Experience from a public client organization. Experience from larger infrastructure or administration assignments. Experience with GIS work in the operations phase. About the Assignment The assignment is a planned team assignment within digital information management and administration of infrastructure. The work takes place in a team delivery where Documentation Managers/Data Coordinators, BIM Specialists, and GIS Specialists work together to contribute to efficient, structured, and quality-assured information management.
