You will be employed by Genero but will work on-site at the customer. For some assignments, it is also possible to work as a subconsultant for us. This is Roslagsbanan to the City Center Region Stockholm will extend Roslagsbanan in a tunnel from Universitetet station, via Odenplan to T-Centralen. This makes travel between the municipalities in the northeast and central Stockholm faster and easier. It also reduces congestion on the subway's red line between T-Centralen and Tekniska högskolan. When the expansion is complete, the line between Universitetet and Stockholms Östra will be shut down. Main Project Purpose – the overarching purpose of the main project The overarching purpose of the project is to: 1. Increase accessibility between the northeast sector and central Stockholm and between the northeast sector and regional centers. 2. Contribute to creating a reliable and capacity-strong public transport system. 3. Contribute to a socially and environmentally sustainable transport system and contribute to urban development with increased residential construction. The assignment involves supervising, planning, prioritizing and following up a team of approximately 10 specialists in BIM, GIS, data coordination, information management and digital development. These resources now need a person to supervise, plan, follow up and report on digital work methods in areas such as information management, BIM, GIS, data, security protection and development initiatives including FME and AI. The role includes overall responsibility for information process management and coordinated process control. With the aim of ensuring structured, efficient and uniform management of the project's information flows and deliverables. Reporting to the main project manager within various sub-projects is a natural part of daily work. The consultant shall be part of the project's digitalization team and serve as team lead for the digital coordination function. The consultant shall contribute to creating structure, clarity and efficiency in a complex change environment where multiple operational areas are affected. The group constitutes a central support function for all parts of the project and shall work in close collaboration with project management, technical disciplines and external actors. Collaboration with stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, authorities and municipalities is a large part of the role. The role is responsible for operational team leadership, planning, coordination and prioritization of the team's work to ensure that assignments and deliverables are completed on schedule. The role has no personnel responsibility in the legal employment sense, but has the mandate to lead, distribute and follow up the team's daily work. The role is responsible for resource planning and budget forecasts related to the team's assignments and for identifying and communicating staffing needs to ensure the right capacity and expertise over time. The role operates within the framework and priorities established by the overall project manager and has the mandate to coordinate the team's resources, make operational prioritization decisions and initiate measures to ensure project progress. The role is also responsible for establishing, developing and ensuring compliance with agreed work methods, processes and methods within digital project management. Areas of Responsibility: 1. Supervise and coordinate the team's resources 2. Lead and coordinate the project's digital work methods and information processes. 3. Ensure structure and strategies regarding project portals. 4. Supervise, support and follow up resources within the digital coordination function. 5. Responsible for information process management, process control and coordinated delivery management. 6. Ensure quality, traceability and structure in data, BIM, GIS management. 7. Collaborate with project management, technical areas and external suppliers. 8. Ensure compliance with information security and security protection requirements. 9. Ensure compliance with Traffic Administration's digital requirements and relevant standardization, such as ISO 19650 for information management within BIM. 10. Responsible for strategies and coordination regarding handover processes within the project. Examples of Work Tasks: 1. Plan, conduct and follow up coordination meetings on digital matters. 2. Support the project organization in the application of digital work methods and tools. 3. Establish and maintain governing documents regarding BIM and information management. 4. Establish, structure and maintain information environments in project portals, e.g. Avima. 5. Lead and coordinate information flows and ensure coordinated deliverables between disciplines. 6. Responsible for ensuring that the project's information deliverables and information models are prepared and handed over to operations according to established requirements and methods. 7. Support and guide specialist roles in their daily work and ensure uniform application of work methods and requirements. 8. Participate in procurements and requirements setting regarding digital deliverables and information management. 9. Forecast management and resource staffing within the team Placement The assignment currently enables both remote work and on-site work at the office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Days and times for this are determined according to organizational needs and with the client's approval Timeline and Scope Start: 2026-09-10 End: 2029-12-31 Extension Options: The client has the option to extend the contract period by an additional 1+1+1 year under existing contract terms Assignment Scope: 40 hours per week Overtime and inconvenient working hours: not applicable Scope: 40 hours per week.
