Your Assignment With us, you will work closely with a care team consisting of a nurse, nursing assistant, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and pharmacist, as well as a dietitian as needed. Our Operations The Primary Care Department is part of Health Center Tierp. The department has 18 care beds with shorter stays and adapted admission and discharge processes. The department primarily cares for elderly patients with complex needs who require inpatient care but are not expected to benefit from hospital resources. Patients are admitted from health centers, municipalities, on-call services, mobile primary care teams, and academic hospitals. The department also has some day care operations.
