Forenade Care Liljeforstorg 4 opened in the summer of 2012 and is a residential care home for 70 people with different care and support needs: nursing care, dementia, and social psychiatry. Here, the meeting between people is the most important thing, always with the individual in focus. We work with person-centered care where everything we do is based on each individual resident's specific wishes and needs. Liljeforstorg is also Silvia Home certified since 2016.
The Group Leader role that makes a difference
You plan, lead, and mentor nursing staff and are responsible for staffing and scheduling. The group leader's duties also include actively participating in nursing work for quality assurance and mentoring purposes. You have overall responsibility for ensuring we work in accordance with applicable social services legislation and established procedures. You conduct development conversations with the staff you supervise and are responsible for certain staff meetings. The role includes quality, work environment, and environmental management work, and you will be offered training in the quality management system.
You report directly to the Operations Manager and are expected to be an active and contributing member of the management team.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in elder care and who daily wants to contribute to creating a meaningful existence for our seniors. You are customer-oriented, service-minded, and have a creative approach to your work. You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and are pedagogical in your mentoring. You have a flexible working style and the ability to work with results-focused thinking, business development, and see the bigger picture of operations. As a person, you are independent and responsive and contribute with a positive spirit to the team. To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you have a natural ability to build relationships and that you are a team player.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities, such as high social competence and the ability to lead and collaborate with both commissioners, residents, relatives, and colleagues.

As a group leader, you should have the following qualifications and experience
We are looking for:
Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
At least two years of experience in successfully leading employees and teams.
Good knowledge and experience with work and reporting in various support systems, such as medical records, planning, and payroll systems.
If you proceed in the process, we will request certificates of the above qualifications.
Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract from the police's criminal records register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
Merits
It is a merit if you have education in leadership or experience leading and experience from privately run operations as well as knowledge in HSL (Occupational Health and Safety Law).
You are a nursing assistant with experience from dementia, somatic, and geriatric care. Good knowledge of documentation according to the Social Services Act.
