You will work closely with the school's three other experienced care teachers. Together we have approximately 170 students. We are now seeking a teacher who wants to work part-time teaching the course Psychiatry 1. Job Responsibilities Teaching the course Psychiatry 1 for upper secondary students in the care and nursing program, as well as other typical teaching duties as needed. Qualifications We seek a person with strong knowledge in care and nursing. You may be a teacher with experience teaching in the care and nursing program, but you could also be an experienced nursing assistant or nurse who is passionate about sharing your knowledge and experience. Or perhaps you are currently training to become a care teacher and want to work part-time during your studies. Teacher certification and previous teaching experience are merits. We place great importance on personal suitability. We would like to see that you - Develop teaching based on students' needs - Communicate and collaborate easily with young people and colleagues - Demonstrate clear leadership in the classroom and an approach consistent with the school's values - Have the ability to engage students and foster their sense of responsibility Type of Employment - Temporary position for the school year 2026/2027, starting in August - The position is 12%, corresponding to two lessons per week.
