About the Role As a care assistant, you will work closely with residents and collaborate with their families, colleagues, and managers. Together, you will plan each day based on each person's needs and wishes. An important part of the work is creating safety, community, and a meaningful everyday life. We work with a person-centered approach and place great emphasis on activities, care-provided meals, and primary contact relationships. We are looking for someone who wants to work on a temporary basis and step in for sick leave or other temporary needs, including days, evenings, and weekends. Who Are You? You are also thorough and contribute to good interactions, both with residents and colleagues. Your Experience We are looking for someone with: previous experience in elderly care good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written good computer skills We view it positively if you are a trained care assistant, but it is not a requirement.
