You commute to the office on a 15-20 minute walk from the station. The office is located in the same area where you work. In your role as a nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with support decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. For example, you assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, respond to calls, and provide social companionship. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that everyone can live their life, fully. This can range from conversations and games to outings or fun activities together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training. We are currently seeking a couple of colleagues on part-time permanent positions with probation, employment level approximately 75-90%, with start date immediately or by agreement. The positions are based on daytime work; every third weekend shift is included. We use collective agreements. To be a qualified candidate for this position, you need: · A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant · Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing · Ability to cycle / B-driver's license is a merit We also consider it advantageous if you have previous experience in home care. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record.
