At the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO), you will be part of developing state supervision and licensing decisions – work that contributes to safer and more secure health and social care. We are now seeking inspectors with legal expertise for our Stockholm office. About the role As an inspector, you will investigate and assess the professional practice of licensed healthcare professionals based on applicable regulations. Your main responsibilities as an inspector will include handling cases concerning licensed healthcare professionals. Cases may involve, for example: incompetence in professional practice committing serious crimes in or outside professional practice that may affect public trust in the individual failure to comply with regulations that are essential for patient safety other circumstances that could be considered unsuitable for practicing the profession You will be the lead handler in some cases and a co-handler in others, depending on the scope and nature of the cases. You will work in close collaboration with other inspectors from different professions, as well as with supervising physicians and medical supervisors. You will make and prepare decisions in cases, and where necessary, prepare notifications to the National Board of Health and Welfare (HSAN). Your main work area will be within weapon and ammunition systems for the CV90 and Bandvagn platforms. The development of our vehicles always takes place in close collaboration with the customer.
