Job Description & Offer Attunda Sot & Vent is now hiring a customer service representative/coordinator – a role where you'll take on responsibility, engage with customers, and ensure our operations run as smoothly as possible. What you'll do with us: • Answer customer questions via phone and email. • Schedule and book customer visits – for both chimney sweeping and ventilation projects. • Coordinate team resources to ensure the right person is in the right place at the right time. • Optimize the calendar – for both our technicians and customers. • Handle invoicing questions and administrative tasks. This is a broad role where you'll both manage customer interactions and oversee scheduling. Candidate Profile We're looking for someone with prior work experience and a track record of taking responsibility in your work. You're curious, solution-oriented, and not afraid to step up when needed. Previous experience in customer service, retail, telemarketing, or administration is a plus.
