We're now looking for a consultant in Learning & Development for a 6-9 month assignment. You'll step into an organization in transition, with an ambitious agenda in learning, leadership, and AI. The analysis and direction are in place; now we need you to translate them into concrete initiatives and make things happen. About the Role In this role, you'll have significant responsibility for developing and implementing Learning & Development initiatives with a special focus on the organization's leaders. An important part of the assignment involves leadership development and upskilling related to AI transformation. You'll create relevant learning journeys for different target groups, identify the right external partners, and translate identified needs into programs and initiatives that work in practice. You'll also help establish a stronger foundation for the organization's L&D and leadership development work. This is not a role where you only develop strategies and hand over implementation to someone else. You're expected to drive your initiatives all the way from idea and planning through coordination, rollout, and follow-up. Examples of what you'll work on: Develop and drive learning journeys and upskilling initiatives in leadership and AI Analyze leadership needs and translate them into concrete development initiatives Project manage and implement initiatives in areas such as leadership behaviors, leadership playbook, and leadership onboarding Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with external partners and providers Create structure and working methods for L&D and leadership development initiatives Develop digital learning journeys that can reach larger groups of leaders Take responsibility for the practical implementation of programs and courses—from planning and participant management to rollout and follow-up Who Are We Looking For? We see that you have experience with Learning & Development programs and leadership development. You're accustomed to understanding business needs, creating relevant learning initiatives, and independently driving major initiatives from start to finish. You don't need to have all the answers from day one. However, you need to be confident in your experience and have the ability to quickly create structure, prioritize, and begin implementation. To succeed in this assignment, we believe you have: Solid experience in Learning & Development Experience creating and implementing L&D programs and learning journeys Hands-on experience with leadership development and upskilling for leaders Strong project management skills and experience independently driving multiple initiatives Ability to switch between strategic questions and operational implementation Experience working with external partners and providers Very good Swedish and English Experience working in a Nordic or international organization is a plus.
