About Tensta vårdcentral: The health center is located in the middle of Tensta centrum, just a stone's throw from the subway and buses. It is the largest health center in Tensta with approximately 8,200 registered patients. The health center has standard clinics according to the primary care mandate such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, district nursing, home health care and elderly care. For several years, we have also worked in the health-promoting primary care mandate. We also have a rehab coordinator on site one day a week. Psychosocial work is also conducted with a social worker, psychologist and nurse as part of the team. Together we are approximately 35 employees. The function involves registering and guiding our patients. The work also means you are an important part of patient safety as referral/mail monitoring, scanning, bulk customer invoicing, registration of ICD codes, etc. are included. Responsibility for cash functions and ensuring the health center receives proper compensation is also included, which means close collaboration with other administrators and managers. In addition to reception work, conventional nursing assistant tasks may occur at the clinic and laboratory. Qualifications: We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with experience of reception work at a health center. Alternatively, a medical secretary who wants to work at reception. Previous experience with Take Care and reception and cash work is desirable. Your personal qualities are of great importance. Employment form: Temporary employment for 1 year, full-time 100%. Possible opportunity for extension. Working hours are daytime on weekdays. Start date by agreement.
