We are seeking someone with a background in complex B2B sales, preferably with experience from loyalty, SaaS, or service-based offerings, who thrives in a role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational execution. As a Sales Manager Loyalty, you will be a central part of Awardit's Nordic sales team where you are responsible for driving new customer sales and developing business within loyalty and motivation solutions. The role involves full responsibility for the sales process, from prospecting to closing and handover to implementation, with a focus on creating long-term customer relationships and business value. You work closely with internal teams and actively contribute to developing structures, work processes, and business opportunities as the company grows.
