About the Role As a Data Engineer, you will have a central role in developing modern data platforms and data flows. You will work on designing, building, and optimizing solutions that enable efficient management, processing, and analysis of large data volumes.
Examples of responsibilities:
Develop and further develop modern data platforms in cloud-based environments.
Build and optimize data pipelines for data collection, transformation, and storage.
Participate in migration and modernization of existing data solutions.
Implement data models and architecture principles for scalable solutions.
Ensure data quality, performance, and long-term management.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business representatives to create business value through data.
Contribute to technical development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong interest in data, technology, and problem-solving who thrives in complex technical environments.
For success in this role, we believe you have:
Several years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Very strong SQL skills.
Experience with modern data platforms and cloud-based data solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Databricks.
Experience with notebooks and data pipelines.
Experience with data modeling and architecture for analytics and data platforms.
Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you have experience with:
Power BI and semantic models.
Python.
DevOps, Git, and CI/CD processes.
Data Warehouse solutions.
Kimball modeling.
AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science-related initiatives.
