Requirements for the position To be considered for the role, you need: • A degree from Handels, KTH, LiTH, law program or equivalent education with strong analytical focus. • Approximately 3–5 years of experience from management consulting, business law or fast-growing startup environment. • Very strong analytical skills. • Very strong ability to handle complex information and large volumes of text. • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. About the position Our client is a fast-growing company in AI and public affairs. The company's founder and CEO have a background from McKinsey. To succeed, the company combines strong talent with scalable processes and proprietary AI and tech tools. As Strategy & Operations Manager, you work closely with the company's management and are responsible for client relations, project management, quality assurance and operational development. You will be given responsibility for your own area and contribute to developing both the company's processes and future organization. For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop into a Team Leader within approximately one year.
