We are now hiring trained Care Assistants/Nursing Assistants at Petras hemtjänst for part-time positions on evenings and weekends with an employment level of approximately 78%. Previous experience in home care is a requirement. We are looking for 2-3 people who will be based at our office on Södermalm To be offered a permanent position (probationary employment), you must be a trained care assistant or trained nursing assistant with certification from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. About the Role Your task is to provide quality of life and make a difference. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of helping people of various ages in their own homes with personal care, meal preparation, service tasks such as shopping and cleaning, and answering safety alarms. The work tasks also include performing social documentation. Your Experience and Knowledge We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and can identify an individual's needs. You work independently and flexibly and enjoy sharing your experience with others. You are responsible, humble, and work well independently while maintaining good cooperation with colleagues, customers, and family members. You are a trained nursing assistant and have worked several years in elderly care. You should have documentation experience; local knowledge is a merit. Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing is required.
