Technical and Quality Manager
CNC Lego in Sandviken manufactures spare parts and tools in small to medium series. Our goal is to always deliver the highest quality to our customers on time. We are now looking for a skilled technical and quality manager for our machine shop. About the role We call this position Technical and Quality Manager. The role is versatile with varying daily tasks and involves many hands-on situations. If you enjoy technology, structure, organization, and are a true "doer" - become part of our team. Based on incoming customer orders, you will plan manufacturing orders together with the site manager for the work team consisting of 11 people. You will assign work tasks to the team and determine the order in which they should be completed. In addition, you ensure order and organization in the workshop, order tools, and ensure optimal cutting data for programs. You should be able to assist with programming tool paths and be able to create programs in advance if needed. Once the manufacturing orders are completed, you ensure that the desired customer quality is achieved. Some customer contact may occur. In addition to this, daily problem-solving within the workshop and its facilities is part of the role. DUTIES As a leisure coordinator for outdoor recreation, you have a central role in developing Sandviken Municipality's outdoor recreation work.
