About the Position Do you want to work in an organization where community, quality, and development are central? Högbo Ridklubb is seeking an experienced riding instructor who wants to help create a safe, inspiring, and well-organized riding school. With us, you'll work alongside dedicated colleagues and meet students of all ages, with a special focus on children and young people. Responsibilities Plan and conduct riding lessons with structure and clear progression Teach children, young people, and adults at different levels Participate in the training and development of school horses Contribute to the daily operations of the facility, including stable work Handle administrative tasks related to teaching and planning Participate in competitions and events, which includes working some weekends Qualifications Required: Riding Instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent education/experience deemed comparable Experience teaching in a riding school Class B driver's license Meritorious: Multiple years of experience as a riding instructor or trainer Documented experience working with children and young people About You We're looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and contribute to the bigger picture.
