Description Bodaskolan is a single-stream preschool through grade 6 school in central Skutskär with approximately 105 students. For several years, we have been working to develop accessible learning environments, with a focus on the social learning environment. We are now seeking a special education teacher for the school's studio; a smaller setting for students who need extra support to participate in their education and reach their goals. The school has a high proportion of qualified special education teachers specializing in intellectual disabilities. You will have close collaboration with them as well as with other colleagues with different competencies and experiences. Responsibilities Your main task is to teach and support students in the studio. The instruction may cover various subjects at the school, and part of the work also takes place in students' regular classrooms. Instruction planning occurs both independently and together with other teachers and special education teachers. The assignment may also include pedagogical assessments and work with intervention plans, as well as supporting colleagues in adaptation work. Collaboration is an important part of the work, and you contribute your competence, take advantage of others' perspectives, and see the value of working together to create a complete picture around the student. The role also includes participation in the school's student wellness team and special education forum. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher, holds a special education teacher certificate, and ideally also has experience working with students with neurodevelopmental disorders. As a CBT therapist, you will be the architect behind structured talk therapy for our clients struggling with complex issues including substance abuse and psychiatric co-occurring disorders. Some clients receive medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction (LARO). You won't just work in an isolated therapy room; with us, therapy is integrated with daily life. As a CBT therapist, you will mainly work with: Conducting individual CBT treatment adapted for integrated treatment of substance abuse and psychiatric diagnoses. Carrying out functional behavioral analyses to map triggers and maintaining factors. Applying and delivering structured treatment interventions such as Relapse Prevention (ÅP), CRA, and criminal behavior programs. We are looking for an engaged and well-organized project officer for our integration project Language Development & Employment. This position is a fixed-term employment for the period October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2028. The project belongs to the Business and Development Department at Älvkarleby Municipality. The department currently has nine employees working on matters such as labor market, integration, business, tourism, and digitalization. In the project, you will work closely with a project colleague and report directly to the Business and Development Manager. About the Project Language is an important key to employment, participation, and health. Language Development & Employment is Älvkarleby Municipality's part of the regional project Expanded Early Interventions in Collaboration, which is run by Region Uppsala together with seven municipalities in the region. The project is largely financed by the EU Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project targets third-country nationals residing in Älvkarleby Municipality who need to strengthen their Swedish language skills and their position on the labor market. Special focus is on individuals who have struggled to make progress in their SFI studies or who need to strengthen, for example, work experience and digital skills.
