On behalf of the area manager, you also drive strategic goals together with your unit manager colleagues within health and care. The assignment thus involves extensive collaboration internally and externally. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a degree from a social care program, social work program, or other higher education or training in combination with management experience that we assess as equivalent and relevant for the assignment. For the position, it is required that you have several years of work experience within health and care operations, preferably within both elderly care and LSS services. Experience from management or leadership work within the field is a merit. You should be well familiar with applicable legislation that governs the operation. You are characterized by your driving and courageous way of working, your social skills, and your enthusiasm is contagious. You have good collaboration abilities and see the bigger picture. If you also have a sense of humor, you will fit in well with us. Great weight is placed on personal suitability and social skills. Within Tierp municipality, we conduct background checks on final candidates for management positions through ToFindOut.
