IT Center is responsible for IT operations in the municipalities of Heby, Knivsta, Tierp, Älvkarleby, and Östhammar. Your work location will be in Tierp, and you will work with IT infrastructure across all municipalities. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, implement, and optimize network solutions in IT Center's five municipalities. • Operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network environments. • Work with firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks. • Handle incidents, problems, and changes within the network area. • Ensure a stable, secure, and scalable network infrastructure. • Work with network security, segmentation, and structured working methods. • Contribute to continuous improvements, standardization, and documentation. • Collaborate with others within IT Center and act as a technical expert in networking. QUALIFICATIONS Must-have requirements for the role • Several years of experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. • Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, wireless networks, and WAN. • Good understanding of IT security in network environments. • Swedish and English, fluent in speaking and writing.
