JOB DUTIES
Home Care Services East operates from Örbyhus and extends to Vendel and Tobo.

As a nursing assistant with us, you work with patient-centered care and nursing tasks in individual homes. We work in close teams with nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, physiotherapy assistants, and unit manager.
We use the work tool Intraphone and document digitally.
Working hours are scheduled with day, evening, and weekend shifts; we use TimeCare.
Interviews are held on an ongoing basis, and start dates are flexible.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a nursing assistant as the unit is growing and we need several individuals who have credentials for a protected professional title and have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. The role includes documentation, so you need the ability to write clearly, plainly, and in a well-structured manner, and the ability to adapt your texts according to the intended audience. Digital management occurs daily in, for example, documentation and communication, so you must have good computer skills.
As a person, you are empathetic, listen, and show respect. You are unpretentious and acknowledge and appreciate others' contributions. You have the ability to perform in a pressured environment and handle difficult situations. It is good if you remain optimistic in the face of challenges and have the ability to accept and learn from criticism. You have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and easily adapt your behavior in relation to other people's needs. Since the work is independent, you need the ability to plan and organize your work.
Daily work-related travel is required, therefore you must hold a Class B driver's license.
As a final candidate, you must be able to provide a criminal background check from the police. This should not be attached to your application.
Tierp municipality is part of the Finnish administrative area. If, in addition to our other competency requirements, you also speak Finnish, this may be an advantage.
