Job Responsibilities As a production manager, you will become a key person in the Development Unit and work with planning, coordinating, and driving complex productions from startup to delivery. A large part of the assignment is within our annual application project for education to the Swedish Council for Higher Vocational Education. The project encompasses national vocational education, higher vocational education programs, and higher vocational education courses. You will have a leading and coordinating role in the work of reapplying for our existing education programs. You will hold together processes where education leaders, project managers, writers, management representatives, and other functions contribute different parts. You plan and follow up on deliverables, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure that the work becomes a cohesive delivery of high quality. The role involves no personnel responsibility, but requires that you are skilled at leading others without being a formal manager. You create momentum through clarity, trust, and follow-up and take action when something risks getting stuck. You belong to the Development Unit but work in parts of the assignment very closely with the higher vocational education operations and especially our education leaders. The assignment is broader than education applications. You can also work with other projects and applications, including externally funded and international projects, as well as manage larger events, meeting places, and activities within our development areas. The role also includes practical and administrative work on your own. You need to be comfortable switching between holding together complex productions and doing what it takes yourself for a good delivery.
