Fållnäs Gård is a family business with multiple operations: agriculture, forestry, property rental, hunting, events, and farm shop sales. About the position We are looking for a team member to work closely with the family to manage all operations at Fållnäs Gård. The position can be full-time or part-time with varying hours depending on the season. There will be unplanned tasks, such as emergency snow plowing and property maintenance, acute repairs, etc., that require good flexibility. On the farm you will be involved in: Agriculture Fall and spring cultivation Harvesting Maintain machines, winter repairs Forestry Clearing windfall trees Light clearing work Properties Carpentry work Maintain pumps, etc. Hunting - Here you will have excellent opportunities to develop your hunting skills with an experienced mentor, Martin Liljeholm, on site Clearing shooting areas Feeding Predator control Driven hunts and bird hunting (ducks) Events Opportunity to help develop events, such as wildlife safaris and conferences Farm shop/game shop Handle game meat Animal care Feed and tend to sheep Repair fences We are looking for you who: Can work well in a team with family and seasonal workers. You work proactively, independently, and are comfortable with ad-hoc tasks that come up in daily work. You are strategic and detail-oriented - we offer good opportunities for a senior role over time. You enjoy seasonal variation in your work. You are a doer with good self-leadership. Requirements: Class B driver's license Tractor experience Fluent Swedish and/or English Merit factors: Relevant education (in forestry, agriculture, carpentry, for example) Work experience from a similar role Experience maintaining machines and winter repairs is a plus We offer you: Flexible work in a nature-rich environment.
