At Lindö Preschool, you'll become a key person in connecting regular pedagogy with special education interventions to build a safe, educational, and equitable preschool. As a special education teacher with us, you work closely with the director and the preschool's teaching team. You have a comprehensive bird's-eye view of the unit's needs while being present in the practical daily operations. You support educators in documentation and implementation of pedagogical assessments and help design concrete materials (such as visual supports and alternative communication).
