JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Russian mother tongue teacher, you will have an important role in supporting students with Russian as their mother tongue in their language development. Teaching takes place both individually and in groups, primarily at the primary school level, and is conducted at several of the municipality's schools. You are responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating instruction in accordance with applicable guidelines. The work also includes collaborating with classroom teachers, mentors, and guardians to provide students with the best possible conditions. The scope of the position depends on student enrollment, but is expected to correspond to approximately 7 hours per week. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone who wants to help refine and further develop Emmaboda Municipality's Elder Care services. You will be one of six unit managers within elder care. The Social Services Plan along with our values form the framework for operations. A person-centered approach and professional conduct are the starting point in daily work. Multiprofessional teamwork together with the individual is the means to meet each person's needs as well as to regularly follow up on working methods and interventions. We use IBIC as the structure for our work. Work with IBIC and systematic quality work is an ongoing development process, as is adjusting the forms of multiprofessional teamwork. Collaboration and cooperation within the administration, the municipality, and with the region are central to the transition to Care Closer to Home and the upcoming transition to the new Social Services Act. We use the Tieto Lifecare business system. As a unit manager in Emmaboda Municipality, you will have operations-focused leadership. You will work from the service area you are responsible for. In your operations, you have approximately 30 employees, who are organized in small work groups that create continuity for the individual.
