About Nytida Månstenen Within Nytida Månstenen in Trehörna and Ryd there are 13 residences for people with decisions for housing with special services under LSS. The area also has daily activities. Our residences are located near nature but also close to community services such as public transport, grocery stores, and restaurants. You have a manager or coordinator near you who spends part of their time working in the operations. Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: - are attracted to work that is varied and requires great knowledge of care and enjoys meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would like you to be trained as a nursing assistant or to have completed a children and leisure program and have worked a few years within care. About Ingelstad LSS Summer at our units in Ingelstad Ingelstad LSS provides LSS group housing for adults who belong to LSS target group 1, for example those with autism or intellectual disabilities. Our group homes are located on Rytterivägen, Nyborgsvägen, and Kavallerivägen and are operated on behalf of Växjö Municipality. About the Role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach.
